Marketing Associate

In the behalf of a client, Inizio Engage (Formerly Ashfield) is looking for a Marketing Associate for a month assignment in the Oncocoloy and Hematology area, covering Denmark and Norway, based in Copenhagen.

Qualification requirements: Self -starter with an ability to work independently Ability to make decisions based on opportunities and challenges, quickly Analytical skills Good understanding of marketing of pharmaceutical products Strong project management skills Strong cross functional working skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and in English. A solid compliance mindset and demonstrated integrity on the job Sound understanding of local pharma code

Essential duties and responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for several important steps in our process for approving promotional material, pre-Veeva meetings, tracking and managing materials throughout their lifecycle and in cooperation with the BM, create, change and update promotional material in a compliant way.

They will also be responsible for the PO process and management of OPEX and follow up with the BM and Finance.

The role will be responsible for contracting speakers, coordinating logistics, invitations and the approvals for independent meetings as well as promotional and educational meetings.

To do this very close collaboration with the relevant country/countries Brand Manager/s (BM) and the cross-functional team such as medical, finance, E&C and local agencies will be required to develop, approve and implement the marketing programs.
