Talent Attraction Consultant

Join our Talent Attraction team in People & Organization (P&O) and use your knowledge, experience and curiosity to find and attract the right people to Lundbeck. Together with your colleagues, you have an important role in refining our existing processes, driving new initiatives and positioning Lundbeck as a preferred employer among different target groups.

As our next Talent Attraction Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process and identifying the right methods and channels to use in our search for the right skills and competencies. Building solid and trusting relationships is key for success, as you will advise, support and challenge hiring managers along the way. In your new role, you will have the opportunity to:

Be a trusted advisor for hiring managers in an international setting Take a proactive approach to recruitment by thinking creatively, making use of different channels, sourcing relevant candidates and sparking their interest in a new and meaningful career opportunity Run intake meetings and interview candidates using psychometric assessments  Be involved in employer branding activities such as our global ambassador program, relevant fairs and events, and suggest your ideas for new initiatives aligned with our corporate strategy

The role is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and is temporary until December 31, .

Your future team

You will join a truly international Talent Attraction team of 13 dedicated colleagues working across borders 5 in Copenhagen and 8 in Krakow, Poland, where our Group Business Services (GBS) center is located. You will work closely with individual team members in both locations to ensure that we meet our hiring needs. 

Joining Talent Attraction also means becoming part of our larger People & Organization department, where we collaborate across teams. We approach our work with an Agile mindset and prioritize both regular knowledge-sharing and social initiatives to build a positive and informal culture. For example, you can look forward to our regular breakfast insight sessions and our brain break corner, where we catch up with one another over a jigsaw puzzle. We are very enthusiastic about what we do, and we focus on well-being for the individual along the way.

What you bring to the team

Youre motivated by an interest in people, and you have some recruitment experience and a desire to learn more. You take pride in providing professional service to hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

In addition, you have:

A consistent and structured approach to ensure timely follow-up with hiring managers and candidates An engaging communication style and the ability to make candidates feel at ease during an interview The ability to work effectively while handling deadlines and different stakeholders

You understand the importance of staying on top of administrative tasks in order to keep projects on track and asking for help when you need it. You are fluent in English.
