061 Regulatory Archiving Assistant

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented student residing in Denmark? Join ProductLife Group’s esteemed pharmaceutical client at their offices in Valby, Copenhagen We’re seeking a dedicated individual to contribute approximately fifteen (15) hours per week to our archiving team.

Group 10 Responsibilities

Archiving management in the headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen in line with compliance (GXP, internal SOPs, and company Policies) Receive incoming documents, index those and electronically register/archive, physically file paper docs On request (in case of inspections or audits), locate archived documents and provide those to the requesting department Once those are returned, index and archive them again Clean documents in line with the documentation retention limits Order boxes, binders, stickers, labels, pallets etc. needed for delivering to archiving tasks Assist in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Practice Documents (WPDs) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality, and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives

Group 13 Profile

Currently following a Bachelor in Information Science, Library or Cultural Communication. Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Good computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate software Ability to work well within a team Process oriented with a good attention to detail
