In our Embedded Software department, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who effectively can influence our Scrum Teams to deliver great quality and value in a large-scale agile environment. Based at our CO2-neutral headquarters in Lynge, just north of Copenhagen, you'll be part of a skilled, empathetic team dedicated to excellence. As a meticulous team player, you excel in structured collaboration, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proactive attitude towards challenges. Your role involves driving development projects from feature specification to efficient code implementation, optimizing for speed, power consumption, and memory utilization.

What you will doFostering an agile mindset within the teamEnsuring effective team processes and driving continuous improvementCoaching and mentoring team members in agile principles and practicesFacilitating team events like Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective to enhance their value and effectivenessCreating an environment conducive to team success and high-quality deliverablesManaging outside interruptions and distractions to maintain focusSupporting the Product Owner's growth and maturityAddressing impediments and dependencies that hinder progressPromoting transparency in progress and forecastsEncouraging collaboration within the team and with other teams, managing dependencies and adhering to agreed standards.

What you bringSeasoned Scrum Master with a strong agile mindsetIntrinsic commitment to continuous improvementProven ability to foster teamwork and collaborationFamiliarity with SAFe or other multi-team agile frameworksExcellent communication and facilitation skillsExperience with agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is advantageousKnowledge of Medical Device Regulation and Design Control is a plusFamiliarity with EN 62304 is an additional asset.
