YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will be a part of a small team based in Paris and you will report to the Allocation Manager. Working in a highly international context, you will be responsible for stock allocation, sales planning and maintaining the optimum stock levels by store. Specifically, those are tasks ahead of you:

Join our dynamic team in Paris as an Allocator Reporting to the Allocation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing stock allocation, sales planning, and optimizing stock levels across our retail and e-commerce channels. Your responsibilities will include planning stock allocation for stores and e-commerce, maintaining stock accuracy, leading in-season replenishment, and proposing inter-store transfers. Additionally, you'll produce sales reports, analyze store performance, and optimize reporting processes. Stock Management and Allocation:

  • Planning stock allocation for each store and ECOM.
  • Work closely with all departments in planning and maintaining optimum stock levels.
  • Maintaining stock accuracy on in-house systems across all channels.
  • Lead on all in-season stock replenishment for Retail and Web stores.
  • Propose and implement inter-store transfers and movement of stock to achieve optimal stock balances.
  • Liaising closely with warehouses, stores and other Head Office departments
  • Monitor and ensure recommended size ratios are maintained across styles
  • Work on re-allocating stock between business channels depending on business needs.

Reporting and analyses:

  • Produce daily, Weekly and Monthly sales report
  • Prepare and distribute Monday Packs (Sales by line) for management
  • Propose analysis of store category performance and propose changes to Stock levels/Ranges
  • Continual contact with stores (main point of contact in Head Office).
  • Reporting set-up: Standardize, optimize, and automate weekly reporting.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong user of Excel and tech-savvy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Communicate effectively
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • A passion for the world of fashion
  • Previous experience in a similar role
