ResponsibilityMaintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines.Keeping the unit clean and presentable and follow mood setting procedures.Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines.Cash HandlingUpselling and cross selling according to sales mix.Make beverages and handle the bar.Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any. special needs such as allergies.Reporting through internal reporting systems at closing shifts.Follow the KPI’s set by management.
