Hvad kan du forvente
Som SCALES-graduates vil i lære og udvikle jer sammen som hold, mens I bliver guidet gennem vores omfattende program for funktionelle konsulenter. Du vil gennem forløbet blive tilknyttet mindst ét kundeprojekt, og du vil opbygge og forbedre dine ERP-rådgivningskompetencer med fokus på dybdegående D365 F&O-applikationsviden, implementeringsmetode, digital transformation og forståelse for både ERP- og kundernes forretningsprocesser.
Du vil arbejde sammen med både en individuelt tildelt mentor og en buddy, mens du deltager i kundeimplementeringsprojekter. Her vil du deltage i fit/gap-analyser med kunden, løsningsdesign, test, superbrugertræning og andre implementeringsaktiviteter leveret via SCALES’ anerkendte metode.
Med dette graduate-program får du adgang til et stort, professionelt netværk og mulighed for at arbejde sammen med nogle af de dygtigste Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O-konsulenter, projektledere og udviklere i branchen.
Graduate-programmets detaljer Varighed: Ca. 12 måneder, efterfulgt af en individuel udviklingsplan Du vil følge et hold af andre talentfulde kandidater gennem hele forløbet Du vil modtage en formaliseret uddannelse af høj kvalitet i Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O-funktionalitet og -processer med det formål at udvikle en dyb løsningsforståelse Du vil højst sandsynligt specialisere dig i et funktionelt område indenfor finance, project, supply chain management og/eller integrationer Du vil få omfattende træning i SCALES’ implementeringsmetode og den funktionelle konsulents rolle i de forskellige implementeringsfaser sammen med træning i værktøjer som Azure DevOps Vi holder personlige udviklingssamtaler for at vurdere individuelle træningsbehov og behov for yderligere intern eller ekstern træning Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med en dedikeret senior mentor, som vil vejlede, assistere og træne dig gennem programmet Du bliver en del af et implementerende projektteam og kommer til at arbejde direkte sammen med kunden sammen med de erfarne kollegaer på teamet Du vil blive tilknyttet en buddy fra et af vores tidligere graduate-programmer Du får brancheanerkendte og værdifulde certificeringer
Din profil
Du er ved at færdiggøre eller har lige afsluttet din kandidatuddannelse inden for IT eller Business, og måske har du et par års erhvervserfaring.
Det er et krav, at du taler flydende dansk og bor i Danmark, og at du har gode mundtlige og skriftlige kommunikationsevner på BÅDE dansk OG engelsk.

Dette graduate hold er planlagt til at starte 1. oktober 2024. Træningsforløbet vil primært foregå i Søborg.
Du kommer til at arbejde både fra SCALES-kontor i Søborg eller Århus og hos vores kunder, sammen med projektteamet, primært i Københavns eller Århus-området. På nogle projekter vil der være mulighed rejseaktivitet til udlandet.
