Join Siemens Energy as an Onboarding Specialist, where you will play a vital role in crafting the introductory experiences of our new team members from around the globe. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in making our new hires feel immediately welcomed into the Siemens Energy community, encouraging a positive and engaging corporate culture from day one.

How You’ll Make an Impact Develop and complete an impactful onboarding program for new employees, in collaboration with HR, Hiring Managers and IT, ensuring they have the vital tools and resources. Lead informational orientation sessions and training workshops for new recruits, interns, and graduates. Evaluate and improve the efficiency of onboarding initiatives, staying informed of industry standard methodologies and trends. Provide continuous support to new employees throughout their onboarding process, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Represent Siemens Energy at career fairs, promoting our brand and opportunities. Build and maintain partnerships with universities and other educational institutions to support apprenticeship and internship programs. Be responsible for our monthly newsletter, creating meaningful content for our team members. Coordinate management meetings, ensuring smooth operations.

What You Bring  A master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, human resources, strategy, or a related field. Experience in HR, onboarding, or employee training. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. Diligent with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
