About the job 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. As a Finance Coordinator, your expertise from similar positions will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and contributing to a positive relationship with both our customers and suppliers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise and proactive nature will also be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes to stay ahead of the curve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a few years experience within accounting administration to develop and grow their career within a growing tech  scale up organization. 

Key responsibilities:

Ensure correct and timely customer invoicing, including preparation of base for the invoice.

Review supplier invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies, and post on a timely basis according to the payment terms.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding inquiries, requests, or concerns. Facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements and optimisations, where observed.

Handling ad hoc tasks within the finance and administrations area.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Finance Coordinator or similar experience within accounting and operations. Preferable from another scale-up.

Experience working within ERP-systems, preferably D365FO.

Excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal, capable of building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. 

Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with financial data.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions.
