Du bliver en del af vores Backup as a Serviceafdeling sammen med 30 dedikerede kolleger fordelt på vores kontorer i Aarhus, Ballerup og Riga. Sammen hjælper vi vores kunder, som har outsourcet deres backupløsninger til os.

Dine primære opgaver
Som vores nye backup operation specialist kommer du til at fokusere på drift og udviklingen af Veeam-backup services for vores kunder, i tæt samarbejde med dine kollegaer. Det betyder også, at du får fingrene i stort set alle de IT-systemer, der er på markedet, da vores kunders IT-setups varierer.

Dine opgaver bliver at:

  • Løbende følge op på, om backuppen kører, som den skal – og finder du fejl, løser du det i samarbejde med kunden over mail eller telefon.
  • Samarbejde med vores softwareleverandør omkring rettelser eller tilpasninger.
  • Deltage i optimering og udvikling af backup as a service, og du kan løbende sætte dine gode ideer i spil.
  • Vedligeholdelse af intern dokumentation.

Lidt om dig
Som person kan du lide at sidde med delvist fastdefinerede opgaver, som du løbende forfiner. Du har styr på dine sager og har lyst til at arbejde i et ISO-certificeret miljø, hvor der er krav til retningslinjer, som vi skal følge.

Derudover ser vi gerne, at du:

  • Har lyst til at specialisere dig indenfor backupområdet.
  • Har lyst til at være med til at udvikle vores backupservice og sikre et konstant højt niveau i leverancen.
  • Har et godt kendskab til Windows-servere.
  • Har gode skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner, så du let kan indgå i dialog med kunderne.
  • Taler og skriver både dansk og engelsk.
