The Traffic Management System plays a crucial role in the automation and regulation of railway traffic, providing advanced features that empower operators to plan, optimize, and manage train circulation across complex networks. Your Future Role:
Embrace a new challenge in an exciting and collaborative environment. As a System Design Engineer, you will analyze both internal and external requirements and design innovative solutions using existing frameworks or developing new approaches tailored to our project goals. You'll formalize and maintain essential system specifications, application rules, and processes while ensuring the highest standards of verification, validation, and assessment.
Join our Project and Program Engineering team and collaborate closely with System Architects, Design Authorities, and Technical Managers to shape the design and specifications as per the project engineering plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement analyses and create conceptual designs through models and studies.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, including RAM, Safety, Human Factors, and Software, to develop robust design concepts.
- Participate in technical and design reviews, leveraging the expertise of your peers.
- Write formal models and requirements in accordance with industry standards, ensuring completeness and acceptance.
- Adapt the system in response to change requests and contribute to continuous improvements.
All About You:
We believe passion and attitude are more important than experience, so we welcome diverse backgrounds We're looking for graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Communication) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Railway Signalling. Familiarity with railway safety standards and hands-on experience with various signalling subsystems, including train control systems and traffic management, will set you up for success. Fluency in English is essential.
