Who we are looking for It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect your study to be within the engineering area e.g. Marine, Process, Energy or similar. We are looking for a team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

Your background:

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program with minimum 2 years of your studies remaining. Your studies are expected to be in the engineering area. You have good knowledge of MS Office. You are resident in or near Esbjerg. You are skilled in oral and written English.

Activités

Key Responsibilities

As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Campaign Team with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally orientated business. The team works closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the Campaign Team, the main responsibilities are to organize and optimize offshore execution of activities from other business departments i.e., engineering, maintenance and inspection. You will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn engineering theory etc. into practice.

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks. These tasks can include:

Engaging with external stakeholders, such as contractors and suppliers. Supporting offshore sites with their daily activities. Planning and communicative tasks. Assisting in writing technical documents. Engaging with offshore sites. Managing department files. Supporting Ad-hoc tasks within the team.
