I takt med Generaxions vækst søger vi en ny teamspiller til vores Customer Care Center. Din primære opgave vil være at sikre, at vores kunder føler sig værdsatte og professionelt taget hånd om.
 Opgaven

Som Customer Care Consultant vil din primære opgave være at tage hånd om vores mange kunder og hjælpe dem trygt og sikkert igennem deres tid hos os. Dette vil blandt andet indebære onboardings af alle nye kunder, hvor vi hjælper kunden i gang hos os, sikrer at vi har de nødvendige informationer og generelt giver dem en varm velkomst til Generaxion.

Derudover tilbyder vi vores mange eksisterende kunder en proaktiv service, hvorved de løbende vil få opkald fra en Customer Care Consultant, som hjælper med spørgsmål eller support med deres forskellige løsninger hos Generaxion.

Du vil blive en del af en alsidig og dynamisk afdeling, hvor vi alle er drevet af en høj arbejdsmoral og faglighed.

Vi brænder alle for at levere en god service til vores kunder.
Afdelingen er solidt placeret i midten af vores produktion, hvorfor du vil få en bred berøringsflade med resten af virksomheden.

Du vil primært bruge det meste af dine arbejdsdage med en telefon, men skal forvente at andre opgaver også har brug for din opmærksomhed.
