I DXC Technology Danmark leverer vi forretningskritiske IT-tjenester, som sætter rammerne for morgendagens Danmark . Du bliver en del af et agilt team, som varetager back-end-delen af leverancer på vores kundes samfundskritiske system baseret på mainframe.

Hvert agilt team består af en eller flere udviklere, testere, business analysts samt en scrum master. Du vil komme til at arbejde på tværs af flere agile teams, hvor vi understøtter leverancerne på kundernes krav til systemet. Det gør vi ved at identificere, hvordan data kan understøttes, sikres, valideres og kontrolleres – altid med knivskarpe deadlines.

Faciliter de agile principper i arbejdet med systemet

Som vores nye product owner har du fokus på kravene fra vores kunde. Derfor er du både med til at undersøge forespørgsler på enkeltsager omkring funktionaliteten i systemet, men du er også med til at analysere nye krav og ændringer af eksisterende funktionalitet.

Vi er lige nu i gang med at indarbejde de agile principper for at skabe et fælles rammeværk for vores arbejde. Det er en proces og en kulturændring, som du bliver primær facilitator på.

En stor del af din rolle omhandler desuden intern koordinering i teamet, men da der er dedikeret over 100 kolleger til netop dette system, vil du også skulle koordinere med andre teams i tæt samarbejde med vores business analysts. Her er det dig, der agerer og prioriterer opgaver på vegne af vores kunde, og som skal kunne formidle produktet ind i de agile processer.

Endelig får du ansvar for at:

drive vores refinementproces

aligne og samarbejde med de forskellige stakeholders

være et vigtigt bindeled til vores ART-koordineringsteam og koordinere på tværs

deltage aktivt ved ART Sync Events

deltage i problemløsning med teamet, hvis iterationsplaner ikke er opnåelige

eskalere til relevante kolleger ved leveranceproblemer, der ikke kan løses internt i teamet, og som har indflydelse på andre teams leverancer.

Du er er uddannet datamatiker, datalog eller cand.it. – eller måske er selvlært udvikler, der er gået den teoretiske vej i forhold til det agile

har solid erfaring som product owner

har lyst til at drive kulturforandringer hos mennesker, så du kan få teamet med på den agile rejse

måske har en SAFe- eller product owner-certificering

kan tale og skrive dansk flydende og begå dig på engelsk.
