THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Director Sales & Commercial Excellence Transformation, the Student Assistance role will be part of the Global B2B Sales and Commercial Excellence organization and lead successful establishment of sales and commercial best practices and new way of working in our Global B2B transformation. We are a team that is lead on a lean and flat structure characterized by trust and empowerment. You will from day one become part of an integrated team and play an important role. Your primary tasks are to assist in commercial projects. Here you will play an equally and important role in the team in defining and rolling out new global ways of sales excellence with the aim to maximize our sales efforts across our customer touchpoints and leverage best practice. Essential tasks in the role are to establish analysis for excellence improvements and work with the team to translate excellence into concrete and workable practice that effectively enables growth. This is a great opportunity to get real hands-on experience with commercial agenda while working alongside experienced people.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Here are ways that you’ll help make journeys better:

Support with analytical insight and work into concrete commercial excellence projects.

Analyze and document best practice in terms of process and practices in the Business Units as part of the transformation process.

Identify, analyze and quantify gaps in our global sales and commercial excellence in terms of becoming our customers trusted partner and truly understand of our ‘Total Cost of Mobility’ value proposition.

Support the entire commercial and sales excellence team with analytical, decision-making material and communication support.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

We want you to join our team Here’s what we’re looking for: 

You are at the beginning of your Master's in e.g. business, economics, finance, or equivalent.

You have a structured and analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve from large and complex information flows.

As a person you are passionate about commercial entrepreneurship, eager to learn, self-driven ambitious and hardworking. You have a ‘can do’ attitude when facing challenges together with a strong personal drive that put great pleasure in getting tasks done with high quality.

You possess a curious and a collaborative mindset with a great ability to work with different people.

You have good experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

English at work proficiency level is a prerequisite.

You will be able to work between 15-20 hours a week. Working condition are flexible and can as well be manage from off-site location (e.g. home and school).
