Du bliver en del af vores Marketing & Communication-hold, hvor du får 16 nære kolleger og kommer i team sammen med vores tre andre studentermedhjælpere. Til dagligt vil du arbejde tæt sammen med vores Sales & Service Excellence Team i vores CRM-system, som er Salesforce.

Dine opgaver bliver både spændende og vigtige
Vi arbejder med at skabe digitalt salg gennem vores digitale kanaler og kampagner, samtidig med at vi understøtter den allerede etablerede forretning med nuværende kunder. Vi arbejder målrettet med at komme i dialog med vores kunder på det helt rigtige tidspunkt.

Du vil i studiejobbet hos os:

  • Få kendskab til vores digitale værktøjer såsom Salesforce, Sales Conversation Tool, Mit.LK
  • Arbejde med Data Cleaning og Rapportering
  • Udarbejde analyser og dashboard
  • Hjælpe med at introducere og sikre en god oplevelse for nye brugere af Salesforce
  • Bidrage til at tiltrække nye kunder til vores digitale platform, mySchneider
  • Udvikle nye ideer til at udnytte data optimalt til at skabe ny forretning
  • Supportere salgs-, service- og kundecenter-teams ved spørgsmål

Det vil være en stor fordel, hvis du:

  • Har lyst til at lære om data
  • Stærke færdigheder i Excel
  • Måske allerede ved lidt om Salesforce eller hvad en CSV-fil er
  • Har mod på at arbejde selvstændigt
  • Bliver motiveret af at hjælpe andre
  • Har flair for at arbejde i IT-systemer
  • Kan begå dig på dansk og engelsk - både skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Er med på, at alle ikke er kommet med på den digitale rejse endnu

Dit studie
Du læser en relevant uddannelse - gerne fra KEA, ITU, DTU, SDU, KU, eller AAU. Som person er du struktureret, har sans for detaljer, ligesom du er ansvarsbevidst, arbejder systematisk og leverer høj kvalitet i dit arbejde. Du kan forvente at arbejde ca. 15 timer om ugen – selvfølgelig tilpasset dit studie. Din arbejdsplads bliver på vores hovedkontor på Lautrupvang 1 i Ballerup.
