The position

As a Student Assistant in our team, some of your tasks will include:

Coordinating meeting bookings and course registrations Supporting the team and our stakeholders with data reports Optimization and automation of simple processes and workflows Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations Providing administrative support as needed

Qualifications

You are currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master’s degree and have flexibility and adaptability to take on a variety of tasks as needed. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Strong organizational skills, particularly in coordinating meetings and course registrations Experience working with data, e.g. in Excel, PowerBI or Tableau Experience with programming and automation of simple processes Excellent communication and administrative skills Proficiency in creating reports and presentations, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite

Additionally, you are self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and take on tasks related to personal areas of interest or expertise. It is a plus if you have experience in VBA programming and knowledge/interest in AI & ChatGPT.

The P&O Business Partnering team currently consists of eleven HR professionals and together we are driving the strategic HR agenda in Emerging Technologies.
