Du er en produktguru med interesse i faglig ledelse
I rollen som Senior Product Manager – Strategic Lead bliver du en nøglespiller i vores Erhvervsdivision. Her bliver du en del af vores dedikerede produktteam "Connectivity & Beyond", hvis fokus er på at udvikle og drive produkter på tværs af alle produktområder i Telenor Erhverv. Teamet har fuld fokus på at optimere vores produktportefølje på tværs af segmenter og løbende sikre performance af produkter.

Du vil indgå i produktgruppen "Advanced Connectivity & Solutions", hvor vi arbejder med produkter og løsninger som WAN, IoT, 5G mobile private netværk og Cybersikkerhedsløsninger. I rollen som Senior Strategic Lead vil du få det overordnede strategiske ansvar for disse produktområder, herunder udarbejdelse af roadmap, prioritering af indsatsområder, og ressourceallokering på tværs af projekter. Dette foregår i tæt samarbejde med vores team af Product Managers, der hver især er specialister inden for deres respektive produktområder.

Dine kerneopgaver vil blandet andet omfatte:

Udvikling af produkter og koncepter på tværs af vores produktområder; At sætte den strategiske retning for "Advanced Connectivity & Solution" området, med særligt fokus på vores mobile private netværk og sikkerhedsløsninger; Faglig ledelse af vores team bestående af fire Product Managers; og At fastlægge og styre roadmaps for at sikre, at vi opnår maksimal effekt med de ressourcer, der er til rådighed.

Som vores nye kollega får du mulighed for at udnytte din erfaring med Product Management af teknisk orienterede produkter og får indflydelse på både strategiske, operationelle og taktiske niveauer. En vigtig del af jobbet vil være at bygge bro mellem vores tekniske og kommercielle afdelinger, hvilket vil udvikle dine færdigheder inden for stakeholder management.

Du vil blive en del af et team, hvor der er højt til loftet, store ambitioner og god stemning.  Teamet består af en række kommercielle (samt tekniske) Product Managers samt en Partner & Commercial manager. Hver produktgruppering (”Basic Connectivity & Solutions”, ”Advanced Connectivity & Solutions” og ”UCaaS/CloudPBX) har hver en Senior Product Manager, som varetager ansvaret som Strategic Lead. Denne person har ansvaret for den strategiske retning for området, roadmaps samt prioritering.
