We are looking for a skilled equipment supporter with a technical background for Biotech & Rare Disease Aseptic Production in Gentofte. You will have the opportunity to join from the beginning of our exciting journey and leave your mark on the growing team.

The Position

As our new colleague, you will be part of a dedicated and ambitious tech support team, primarily consisting of craftsmen and engineers.

Together with the other equipment supporters, you will participate in projects that ensure that we are ready for stable and efficient production when the line is approved by the authorities. We are still in the start-up phase, but you can expect tasks such as:

Preparation and implementation of a new maintenance strategy as well as documentation. Process and operational optimizations.

When the line is fully implemented, your focus will be to provide technical support for the line, including:

Troubleshooting and problem solving in the event of a stop/breakdown. Handling the technical part of deviations. Change cases, validation and implementation of improvements. Ongoing evaluation of maintenance and performance of the line.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, we imagine that you have:

A technical background, for example as a machinist, mechanical engineer, automation engineer or a Technological Diploma. Alternatively, you have equivalent qualifications from a previous job. Extensive experience with maintenance and is used to working with problem solving and optimization of automatic production lines, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Solid experience with the implementation of new equipment, including change requests, validations and requirements specifications. A systematic approach and a good understanding of quality as we work in a classified production environment where GMP is an important part of daily life. Full proficiency in Danish and English, both orally and in writing, at a professional level.

In addition, you have a flair for technical solutions, and you are detail-oriented, easy to learn and curious. As you will become a central link on the filling line, it is crucial that you have good collaboration skills and that you can communicate with different professional groups.

As a person, you show a great degree of responsibility and independence, both in relation to solutions and planning. You are outgoing, both when it comes to tasks and solutions, but also in relation to your colleagues and stakeholders, so we expect you to be a team player with a good mood, who is always ready to lend a hand.

About the department

In HAC Aseptic Filling in Gentofte, we currently employ approx. 320 employees who are all involved in producing or supporting the aseptic filling of two of Novo's strategically important products.

The department has just installed one new high-tech isolatorr filling line, which is still in the project phase, and which will be in operation during 2025. The focus is therefore on ensuring that the new filling line is ready for operation, including ensuring that equipment and processes run stable and work optimal.
