Join our BI team in our Digital, Data and IT organisation

At our HQ in Humlebæk, north of Copenhagen, you will join our inclusive and collaborative BI team of more than 20 BI colleagues, including developers, solution architects and our operations and adoption teams.

Collaborating with departments and teams across the organisation, we work on creating methodical roadmaps to handle the project pipeline, which covers Finance, Commercial and Global Operations – among others.

Get a glimpse into all aspects of BI

In the team, we work with a broad range of source data covering ERP and CRM systems, but also sensor and app data. To supplement our existing BI infrastructure, we are currently establishing a real-time and advanced analytics platform with its own established project pipeline using Data Lakehouse and Databricks.

Working on a wide range of exciting projects, you will be an important partner to the business. One such project is establishing the foundation for reporting on sensor data with the R&D and Payers & Evidence teams or enabling real-time reporting on ERP data with the Finance team.

Moreover, you will be working with most aspects of the data delivery – from requirement gathering and discussions and analysis to working with ETL, data warehousing, testing and finally handing over the solution to our Operations team.

Specifically, you will:

Develop value-adding BI solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL and SSAS/Tabular Build data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory Plan and run your BI projects from A to Z Liaise with the business through workshops to clarify their needs – and challenge them along the way to find the most feasible solutions

Experience in Lakehouse, Python, Microsoft SQL and SSAS

We are looking for an experienced colleague with an interest in BI and analytics, who can maintain a structured approach throughout the entire development process. This also means that you can plan your projects and communicate well with stakeholders across the organisation throughout your projects.

On top of that, you enjoy working in a team and like to engage with your colleagues and stakeholders to elevate our data and reporting to the next level.

Have some experience developing BI solutions using Python, Microsoft SQL DB and SSAS/DAX Have applied your experience within a Lakehouse and Databricks setting May have experience working with Power BI or similar frontend tools Speak and write English effortlessly Have an appetite for learning new technologies within a dynamic BI field
