About this opportunity

Welcome to the Logging & Event Management team. We add value by providing the infrastructure that collects and safeguards Nordea’s technical log data. As the Senior Splunk IT Infrastructure Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring the stable operation and maintenance of the infrastructure, as well as work on improving current and new technology implementations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Participate in the analysis and design of our Splunk infrastructure
• Work with current and new users to optimise their use of the infrastructure
• Drive and participate in infrastructure improvements and optimisation
• Design, develop and implement improvements and new services

You’ll join a highly dedicated and experienced international team, that will help you adapt to your new role and quickly be able to bring your expertise to the table. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background: 

• You have a high level of experience with Splunk infrastructure management
• You have worked with one or more of the Splunk ingestion options: UF, HEC, Syslog, TCP and/or SNMP
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• You have some experience with scripting and automation, preferably using Ansible
• You have some experience working with Splunk ITSI and/or Enterprise Security
