We are now looking for some amazing Bell Captains for our Front of House.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting guests inside and outside of the hotelHandling guests’ luggage, with great careValet parking, including parking and retrieving guests’ cars and doing so with utmost caution and attention to detailMaintaining high visibility in the CourtyardHandling guests requests and concerns Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with othersEnsuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guestsMaking sure all actions are in line with our brand values

Are we the perfect match?

We are looking for part-time employees, starting consecutively. You will be reporting to our Front of House Manager Anine Sørensen. The position includes daytime, nighttime & weekend shifts.
