Associate, Trustee & Depositary (Fund Oversight)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Trustee & Depositary. The Trustee & Depositary function is a specialist provider of fiduciary services to mutual- and alternative Fund Structures. The core responsibility of the depositary is to act solely in the interest of the investor, to hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and to monitor the activities in the Fund. This role is located in Hellerup, Denmark.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

Assists management in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting a wide range of monitoring activities. (Cash flow monitoring, trade price monitoring, Record keeping and ownership verification etc.). Assists in the investigation of any errors or potential issues/breaches in the fund to a satisfactory conclusion. Liaises with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the funds as required. Reviews and completes and number of administrative duties within the team. Assists in any ad hoc tasks as requested.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Fluent in English and Danish (verbally and written).  Work as a team player. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Have a structural and critical approach. Experience with UCITS & AIFMD related services will be a plus but not a requirement.
