We are looking for a (Senior) Analyst to be a part of the maintenance unit for our file-based mass payment application. This is an opportunity to work with the ITIL framework in practice as well as working in an agile environment together with our change and business organization in a BizDevOps operating model.

You’ll join the PIT Application Management – Team B unit, where we are maintaining our solution and you’ll take part of the unit and set requirements to the solution in order for us to best serve our customer’s needs. You’ll be a key person in interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, testers and change organization.

What you’ll be doing: Incident, problem and change processes Analyst task e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution Acting as change management for maintenance tasks Stakeholder coordination and communication Participate in on call duties for the unit Verification of changes can occur outside normal business hours

You’ll be part of a team which is based both in Denmark and Poland

We expect you to have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT/Economics / Finance/ Mathematics or similar field. Additionally, you have a couple of years of job experience and have a strong interest in learning more about core banking. You have an analytical mind-set, are good with numbers and can compress complex topics in a simple format. You are outgoing, positive and possess good interpersonal skills.

Your background: ITIL Foundation certificate will be considered an advantage Requirement specification (functional and non-functional) Experience with requirement/tasks management Experience with stakeholder management Agile methods (Scrum and Kanban) Experience with tools as Helix, Jira, SharePoint and Confluence will be considered an advantage Great analytical skills Experience within the financial industry will be considered an advantage

We also expect that you: Enjoy working with people but can also work independently and take control of your own tasks  A willingness to learn and develop new skills  Strong focus on making analyses actionable  Experienced with the Microsoft Office Package An excellent command of spoken and written English
