To deliver on our corporate purpose of making a wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, WS Audiology is looking for a new Global Build Coordinator to work with planning and coordination of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including the handover of Widex hearing aid projects between/to WSA production sites.

This role is a part of a five-people team with direct reporting to Manager Process Development (PD). To drive hearing aid solutions, the NPI PD team is collaborating with the R&D department and other production entities, so as a Global Build Coordinator you’ll be cross-collaborating with the internal stakeholders on the global level.

What you will do

Global Build Coordinator will be playing a key role in the process of creating new products – it’s a possibility to work with very new technologies that aren’t defined, as well as to impact and shape new processes and ways of working.

In this role you’ll be dealing with:

NPI Build handover to our production sites in Singapore and Lynge,Coordination of hearing aids process optimization in Lynge (inc. trial builds for other WSA production sites),NPI build back-end support to Singapore, Philippines, and Lynge sites after ramp-up and release until final handover to production,Global NPI PD team project management and supporting cross-functional NPI PD projects.

What you bring

We’re looking for a talented colleague to work with our brand-new products. To succeed in this role, you should possess coordination skills, advocate process continuity, and manage collaboration between different internal global stakeholders. You must be curious, self-driven, and motivated by working on cross-functional activities together with the global Process Development team.

Experience

Practical experience (e.g. student assistant job) ideally with industries like medical devices, and pharmaceuticals as well as functional experience in Supply Chain optimization/process optimization.Engineering, Economics, Process/Project Management or other relevant education within a technical or commercial area.Knowledge of ISO13485 and ISO900X norms.Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic windows tools

Personal competencies

Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Driven by understanding the underlaying level of details.Strong stakeholder management skills.Good coordination skills and holistic approach.Ability to make decisions.
