Job Description

Are you interested in gaining valuable experience while pursuing your studies? We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven student worker to assist the Head of Strategy and Business Support.

 

This is a chance to play a crucial role in our key strategic initiatives, enhance your analytical and presentation skills, and build a network within a thriving business.

 

You will become part of the Electrification and System Drives division at Danfoss Drives, reporting to the Head of Strategy for the Division and interact with many stakeholders within the organization. Our division is focused on Marine, Energy and Power and Heavy Industries and is a significant enabler to Danfoss' strategy of providing cutting-edge technologies and to the development of sustainable solutions and decarbonization for the future. With our products we contribute directly to reducing CO2 emissions for our customers, be it by more efficient use of energy or by moving towards electrification.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks will vary depending on the needs of the business. Generally, they will involve:

  • Assisting in decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Compiling materials for business reviews with senior management and strategic projects.
  • Analyzing various types of sales data and translating it into clear, concise messages.
Background & Skills

First and foremost, we seek an individual enthusiastic about acquiring new skills, highly adaptable, and self-reliant. Proficiency in English is essential.

 

The ideal candidate is a Master's level student in Business Management, Strategy, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Capable of deriving insights from complex data.
  • Proficient in effective communication with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
  • Preferred familiarity with Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

 

Potential locations include Copenhagen and Gråsten. This position offers hourly compensation with an expected workload of 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
