How to contribute to our vision

For our Onshore Product Integration team, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Support & Performance Engineer (FS&P PM), who will become part of our expert 5X Product Integration team.

Additional responsibilities include:

The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, the Engineering Master Data (BoM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).

By delegation from Platform and reporting to the 5X PIN Fleet Support & Performance Project Manager, FS&P PM’s main mission is to plan to fix for fleet findings, lead the case resolved with the suitable method, secure the creation of solutions and implementation package, and act as case representation along Implementation and Retrofit Boards.

The main interfaces are Technology (Modules), Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Service and Quality.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Ideally a person with process knowledge combined with wind turbine technology experience. Most important it to be able to act as a case owner and be able to find and fix issues by implementing the adequate solution. Your extensive experience in conducting root cause analysis will allow you to reach your goal and secure the fleet accordingly.

BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electric Engineering  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, team management and highly proactive. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.

We are also looking for...

A highly pragmatic, committed and resolutive person with experience in leading and managing multicultural and diverse teams, with a client, quality and delivery-determined orientation.

Excellent driving and communication skills are to be observed, as well as capabilities for agreements facilitation, motivation to drive technical issues until their solution, pro-activeness and analytical and sharp logical thinking. Experience in root-cause analysis processes, change management processes, reliability/availability/maintainability/safety (RAMS), and risk management. Electrical/Mechanical background.

We imagine that you have worked in the wind industry, oil and gas, automotive or aeronautics for over 5 years. PM certification is an advantage, but not mandatory. Actual experience in the wind industry is preferable.

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
