Senior Global Pricing Manager
Lundbeck is looking for a skilled and motivated person to join our Global Pricing Team as a Senior Global Pricing Manager. You will be working in the core of our businessdeveloping strategic and actionable pricing insights and recommendations for business development opportunities and for Lundbecks early pipeline assets. This role is essential for strengthening the pipeline at Lundbeck making it sustainable and ready for the future.

The role as Global Senior Pricing Manager offers you an opportunity to work with affiliates across the world, to have close cross-functional collaboration with departments across R&D and commercial departments and to contribute and understand the business from the core of our Strategy and Commercial department.

Global Pricing is part of Global Strategic Marketing. You will join a motivated and creative team with significant focus on people development. What you bring to the team Strategic thinker with experience in pricing and market access strategy development. You are skilled in condensing vast amounts of data and translating this into simple and actionable pricing strategies and recommendations. Experience with large HTA bodies and payer dynamics in the US market. You know the fundamentals of key markets (e.g. US, EU5, Japan) and can support and facilitate secondary and primary research to evaluate and optimize pricing potential. Sound analytical skills enabling you to provide input to business cases and price forecasts. You can evaluate and provide input to business cases and long-term price forecasts considering different global trends, payer dynamics and business case trade-offs. Ability to identify innovative approaches to payer and business challenges. You are incorporating global trends in your price and reimbursement assessments and apply your knowledge of innovative approaches such as contracting options, clinical trial design and market positioning to optimize asset potential. Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills. You are good at communicating complex topics in simple terms when interacting with key stakeholders.
