Your contribution is appreciated, and here is how you'll contribute:

As an AI/ML Engineer, your primary focus will be on developing, evaluating and optimizing AI models for deployment in our SaaS products, with a strong emphasis on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), voice and conversation analytics and language understanding.

AI Model Development: Work with data scientists and software engineers to develop and fine-tune machine learning models for our SaaS products. Use your expertise in classical and modern techniques to optimize model performance. Deployment and Optimization: Implement AI models inference and optimize them for different backends to ensure efficient, scalable deployment in production environments. Experience with CPU inference is a plus. Speech/Audio Domain Expertise: Apply your knowledge in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and audio processing to improve AI models for tasks like speech recognition and audio classification. Your problem-solving skills in the audio domain will help us develop robust market solutions. Language Understanding: Preferably, you have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications, such as Information Extraction, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with the llm frameworks, function calling and data validation and parsing libraries is a plus. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI-powered features and products. Agile Development: Participate in an agile development environment, engaging in sprints, stand-ups, and regular code reviews to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and MLOps. Incorporate best practices and tools to continuously enhance our AI development and deployment processes.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

Have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Have experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models, with a track record of bringing AI products to market. Enjoy working in an agile environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Possess strong expertise in ML frameworks and inference backends. Have a solid understanding of classical and modern fine-tuning techniques for machine learning models. ASR frameworks experience is strongly preferred, with an emphasis on leveraging your knowledge in this domain to drive innovation in audio-related AI solutions. Experience with CPU inference optimization is not required, but also considered highly beneficial. Experience developing with Large Language Models (LLMs) and familiarity with data validation libraries like Pydantic are highly desirable. Are fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
