The Role
This position may serve in a key role in the implementation of a clinical trial(s) within a program in alignment with the global development strategy. Works closely with a Medical Director and Senior Clinical Research Scientist for ongoing clinical trial activities to provide high-quality and timely deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead key clinical trial(s) within a program.
- Collaborate with a Medical Director and Senior Clinical Research Scientist
- Execute the clinical trial in alignment with the clinical development plan (CDP)
- Contribute to the development of trial protocol and other study-related documents
- Develop case report forms (eCRFs) and provide support for data management deliverables
- Assist in medical data review plan development, ongoing data review, and data analysis
- Participate in country/site selection, feasibility assessment, and engage in KOL interaction
- Contribute to committee meetings and study plan development
- Prepare presentations for Investigator meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- PhD, Pharm D, MS or equivalent degree preferably in medical biological sciences
- Clinical research experience preferred
- Prior oncology/hematology drug development experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a project-oriented team environment
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
