Centre for Educational Development (CED) søger en ekstern lektor med fokus på undervisning i digital didaktik og metodik på Aarhus Universitet.

Formålet med det eksterne lektorat er at bibringe CED's undervisningsportefølje yderligere relevant praksiserfaring og særlige kvalifikationer på højt niveau inden for udvikling af universitetets digitale undervisningsformer og metodikker. Vi er særligt interesserede i video-baseret case-undervisning og simulation samt brugen af virtual reality.

Om arbejdsopgaverne

Dine arbejdsopgaver består af

- Selvstændig tilrettelæggelse og gennemførelse af workshops for erfarne undervisere på Aarhus Universitet om praksissimulering i uddannelserne
- Selvstændig tilrettelæggelse og gennemførelse af workshops for erfarne undervisere på Aarhus Universitet om brugen af video-baserede cases og virtual reality i undervisningen
- Præproduktion deltagelse i CED's videogruppe med henblik på pædagogisk-didaktisk kvalitetssikring af manuskripter og drejebøger
- Bidrag til udarbejdelse af online materiale på AU Educate samt udvikling af mindre self-paced online forløb til AU's undervisere om praksissimulering, video-baserede cases, virtual reality og tips om manuskripter/drejebøger
- Deltagelse i relevante forsknings- og udviklingsprojekter efter nærmere aftale.

Om dig og dine kvalifikationer

Du har

- En kandidatgrad samt en afsluttet relevant Ph.d.
- Relevant praksiserfaring på højt niveau, der ikke er opnået gennem en universitær videnskabelig ansættelse, herunder indgående viden om digitale undervisningsformer opnået gennem beskæftigelse inden for fagområdet
- Undervisningserfaring, herunder erfaring med at undervise universitetsundervisere
- Gennemført Universitetspædagogikum eller tilsvarende
- Udgivet forskningspublikationer svarende til postdoc niveau.

Ansættelsesvilkår og formalia

Ansættelsen er tidsbegrænset til 3 år fra tiltrædelsen. Ansættelsen er en deltidsansættelse på 100 timer om året, hvis fordeling på de konkrete arbejdsopgaver aftales hvert semester. Der medregnes 21⁄2 times forberedelsesfaktor ved afholdelse af workshops. Timer til deltagelse i præproduktion, udarbejdelse af online materiale og andre udviklingsopgaver aftales hvert semester, når undervisningsplanen fastlægges.

Bemærk, at man ikke kan være ansat i en hovedstilling på Aarhus Universitet og samtidig ansættes i et eksternt lektorat samme sted.

Ansættelse sker i henhold til overenskomst mellem Finansministeriet og Akademikere i Staten.

CED har til huse i bygning , Trøjborgvej 82-84, 8000 Aarhus C, som også vil være dit arbejdssted.

CED anvender shortlisting i ansættelsesprocessen. Ansøgere med formelle mangler og ansøgninger, som falder langt uden for stillingsopslagets indhold og kvalifikationskrav afvises som led i shortlisting processen. De shortlistede ansøgninger bedømmes af et internt bedømmelsesudvalg som består af 2 forskere ved CED.

Bedømmelsesudvalget udarbejder en kort skriftlig bedømmelse og vurderer, hvorvidt den enkelte shortlistede ansøger er kvalificeret eller ikke-kvalificeret til stillingen baseret på CV, undervisningsportfolio og publikationsliste
.
Ansættelsesudvalget, som består af funktionschefen og en medarbejderrepræsentant, vil efterfølgende invitere de 2-3 bedste kandidater til samtale, hvorefter der træffes en afgørelse om valg af kandidat.

Samtaler forventes afholdt primo september (uge 37).
