Job Description
The Sound and Behavior group at the Department of Biology is seeking two enthusiastic students (student assistants) to assist with the daily care of teaching and research animals, such as frogs and various bird species.
- You will collaborate with another student worker.
- Bird care responsibilities are in the morning before 11:00.
- Weekend work is anticipated, alternating weekends.
The position entails approximately 10 hours per week, starting from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, with the potential for extension.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with animals, particularly in animal care.
Preferably, no allergies to dust or animals. Must be well-organized and capable of independent work.

The selected candidate for the Student Assistant or Academic Supervisor role must be currently enrolled as a student at SDU.
Employment will adhere to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and SUL (National Union for Student Teachers in Government Service).
