At Semco Maritime you will be joining our dedicated Product Line Team in our Renewables Division whose mission is to develop solutions for our Offshore Substation AC Product Line. Our goal is to standardise solutions while maintaining flexibility to align client needs with supplier capabilities. Offshore substation industrialisation is the key enabler for the green transition worldwide, and as such, your product solutions will need to reflect that. We have the largest project portfolio within offshore substations worldwide, so you will join a well-established company in growth and a team of changers.

Your tasks & responsibilities

HV/MV product and solutions development and maintenance in line with future market requirementsProposal development based on the architecture framework and the client's requirementsWorking close with the Tender team focusing on our customers Employer requirements and Semco Maritimes own modular architectureMaintain knowledge on market demand and implement product improvements and requirements for product line to fit future projectsCoordinate and secure strategic supply chain together with Procurement, including cost-out activitiesDevelop and maintain the product roadmap with input on new technologies from the supply chain, organization, and the marketProvide supervision and guidance to the development and execution teams The successful candidate will be expected to form strong working relationships with the other existing teams e.g., in sales, tender, project management, construction, and most importantly, our in-house engineering organisation. Your profile & qualificationsHave experience with design, procurement and construction of the high voltage and medium voltage systems, such as electrical distribution, power transformers and GIS switchgear.Are familiar with industrial layout design, routing, 3D modelling, structural and weight estimation of high voltage components, preferably on Offshore substationsHave experience with interface management across systemsPossess excellent communication skills in English As a person you are a natural team player and collaborator who enjoy working across many business areas. You have a strong drive and desire to continually develop high quality solutions in a dynamic environment. Furthermore you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to come up with efficient ways to solve obstacles. You are born curious and have a positive mindset. The position is full time and your work location can be either at our office in Esbjerg, Copenhagen or Gdynia. You should expect up to 10-30 travel days annually.
