Are well connected within the ROS community Well organized and can help driving a roadmap based on evidence and visions Maintaining and driving Open-Source products Handle UR and individual customers' information with discretion. Have relevant programming and software architecture experience to continue developing the ROS drivers Can coordinate work in a mixed setup of internal and external resources Have an intensive experience in using ROS and are willing to use this knowledge to drive UR's ROS initiatives forward Well to explain and make examples and give guidelines to facilitate our customers success Willing to facilitate and maintain CI and other test to ensure continuedly robustness of the products Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve a robust product that always performs.
