The opportunity

We're currently looking for a Polestar Specialist with start June 2024. Someone to join our Space in order to deliver an educational, immersive and exciting experience to all of our current and future customers. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. Polestar has a new take on automotive retail, unlike conventional car dealerships or showrooms, Polestar Spaces are carefully designed, unique retail environments. Our Spaces are centrally located, staffed with product specialists, and echoing the design language of everything Polestar. This position is part-time, around 15-20 hours per week, with shifts normally during afternoons and weekends at our Space in Copenhagen – Kristen Bernikows gade 3. A few times per year, we also host Polestar events around Denmark – the adventure awaits you.

The Space team is Polestar's front line and is the brand advocate and supports their mission by creating memorable experiences for our visitors. As Polestar Specialist, you will ensure that visitors are inspired and supported to learn about Polestar from the moment they enter our Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience.

The responsibilities

In this role, you'll ensure that visitors are inspired and supported to learn about Polestar from the moment they enter our Space. Schedule test drives and follow up on customers by walking them through the purchasing processAct as a role model of Polestar's culture and behavioursInspire and coach the team to create the energy and excitement around Polestar offers, including vehicle, financing solutions, service etc.The ideal candidate

In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen – never settling for just the status quo. To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you probably have:

Experience in a client-oriented environmentFluent in Danish and English both spoken and writtenValid driving license, an acceptable safe driving recordAbility to work evenings and weekends Polestar is an international company, with various backgrounds represented.
