Clinical Specialist

The Clinical Specialist possesses advanced knowledge of Masimo products and solutions and excels in educating users and nurturing customer relationships with a diverse range of clinicians and key stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire in-depth expertise on Masimo Technology and Products.
  • Perform in various roles such as Project Management, Lead Clinical Specialist, or Clinical Specialist Resource for on-site implementations and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling while on customer sites.
  • Coordinate equipment needs with Masimo Corporate headquarters for implementations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities and OEM partners for successful transitions to Masimo products.
  • Work with the Management Team to secure project resources.
  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with Masimo customers to exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional image reflective of Masimo Corporation.
  • Manage the respective territory with Account Managers and support the Sales Team.
  • Prioritize and plan independently and with team members to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to an innovative and fast-paced clinical and business development team.
  • Identify customer needs throughout the implementation process and provide solutions.
  • Conduct demonstrations and evaluations for Masimo Technologies.
  • Document customer interactions using the Masimo Customer Relations Management Tool regularly.
  • Participate in and support tradeshows as necessary.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
  • Additional duties within the scope of the job description may arise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Resides in the Copenhagen area.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC usage.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Skilled in independent problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical field.
  • Background as a Registered Nurse, ICU/NICU/PICU nurse, Certified Respiratory Therapist, Paramedic, Anesthesia Tech, or related field.
  • Previous sales/clinical support experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
  • Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
  • Educational or research experience is a plus.
  • Ability to be a valuable member of a dynamic clinical and business development team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of critical care experience is desirable.

Education:

Clinical credentials are a requirement.

Work Environment

This role is primarily based in a home office setting, engaging with customers daily. Regular use of computers and digital devices is essential. Extensive travel, mainly within Denmark, necessitates the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
