Worldline is a payment company focused on sales of payment terminals, acquiring, and accessories for new and existing customers in small, medium, and large companies. But we are not like most sales departments. With us, there is no noise in the background, no ringing bells or loud applause. With a focus on quality, ethics, and morals, we are a serious and professional company that helps and guides business customers to find the right solution for their business while having fun at the same time.

Professional and personal development
You are in charge of many details daily, and you are responsible for your own budgets. In addition, you receive ongoing training and develop your sales skills. We always have a team leader or trainer on the floor to assist with everything from handling objections to motivation.

Collaboration with competent colleagues
You become part of a sales team aged around years, who have a thorough and professional approach to the work. Our office environment is open, and we sit together with your colleagues in a bright room with raw brick walls, high ceilings, and New Yorker windows, on the harbor in Odense. You receive a fixed salary plus uncapped commission. Our chef, Anders, takes care of lunch, and he spoils us with delicious and varied lunch every day. In short, we prioritize good working conditions.

The first 3 months were spent in the starters academy, where we learn everything about the company, products & dialogues with business owners. I came out of the starters academy and was hired as a Team Leader, which I have been until now. We have a very special community; we are a group of people in different age groups. But even though we are a large office spread over 2 floors, everyone knows each other. There is a chef employed who makes delicious food, there are many events both in and out of the office, and we have good lunch/break facilities like table tennis, pool, etc.
