Finance Manager to join a growing consumer brand.

We are looking for a structured and dedicated Finance Manager to join our team and to support Colorful Standards continued expansion. If you are a true team player with a positive mind and a strong financial toolbox within accounting processes, financial controlling, and reporting, and are ready to take on responsibilities across multiple functions, this might be the position for you

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as Finance Director. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. We are private equity backed and provide ample growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping and accounting: Full responsibility for financial controlling and reporting.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and reporting deadlines within VAT, ESG/sustainability, etc.

· Monthly consolidation & closing process: Ensure timely and correct monthly accounts.

· Streamlining: Ongoing streamlining of global financial processes across subsidiaries.

· Utilize your in-depth knowledge of accounting and controlling to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.

· Own the global chart of accounts, finance ledger in BC365 and compliance framework.

· Manage external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, credit insurances, tax authorities, etc. in collaboration with the Group CFO

· Report directly to the Group CFO

Preferred qualifications

· Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent qualifications in accounting (e.g. HD)

· Has a strong accounting background.

· Solid experience with BC365 is an advantage. We use Microsoft D365 Finance & Operation and Power BI.

· Thrives with responsibility and is motivated by creating structure and ensuring correct and accurate data.

· Is proactive and curious in relation to new knowledge and legislation.

· Works systematically and independently.

· Has good relational skills and is data-driven with a solution-oriented approach.

· 3-5 years of experience from a finance function in company that controls large parts of the value chain, auditing industry or as an outsource consultant.

· Good understanding of controlling, accounting methods, and financial processes, including knowledge of transfer pricing.

· Solid knowledge of Excel and proficiency in the Office

· Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
