At the SDU Center for Energy Informatics, we are at the forefront of the digital transformation for the green transition of the energy sector. Our focus lies in developing innovative digital solutions that drive this transition, and we achieve this through the application of cutting-edge AI technologies. We are now offering post docs positions within the following trending areas:
Agent-based simulation of energy systems, industrial processes, and industrial symbiosis Digital twins of energy systems, industrial processes, and industrial symbiosis Deep learning and reinforcement learning for improving energy system performanceBy joining our research center, you will embark on an exciting journey of groundbreaking research projects in the field of energy informatics. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong PhD research background in industrial engineering, computer science, software engineering, robotics, or a related field.

Application procedure
Before applying the candidates are expected to read the SDU information on how to apply and specific faculty information for application at the Faculty of Engineering.

Conditions of employment
Appointment as postdoctoral researcher is temporary and for an initial 2-year period. Extension of the employment may be possible depending on available funding. Further information about salary.
Employment as a postdoc requires scientific qualifications at PhD level at the time of employment.
The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. Further information on work conditions and taxation in Denmark.
