Markedet for feriehusudlejning er vokset kraftigt de seneste par år, eftersom flere og flere mennesker ønsker plads, fleksibilitet og unikke oplevelser. Du vil blive ansat i Awaze A/S og arbejde med NOVASOL brandet, som har det største udvalg af feriehuse i Danmark og over feriehuse i hele Europa. Med mere end 53 års erfaring på vores marked ved vi noget om feriehusudlejning.

Stillingen

I denne rolle vil du støtte husejernes behov gennem hele deres rejse med NOVASOL. Du vil være virksomhedens stemme udadtil over for husejeren. Du vil være der for at støtte, svare på spørgsmål og afhjælpe ethvert problem, som en husejer kan tænkes at få. Det er virkelig en rolle, hvor ikke to dage er ens. Vi ved, at det lyder som en kliché, men det er sandt.

Hvad du skal lave

Kort sagt, du skal tale med mennesker. Du vil være i kontakt med husejere via telefon og e-mail. I nogle tilfælde vil du håndtere enkeltstående forespørgsler, mens du i andre situationer vil opbygge længerevarende relationer med vores husejere.

Hvor det er muligt, tilstræber vi at løse forespørgsler ved første kontakt, så vi vil naturligvis støtte dig i at lære vores branche og processer at kende, så du gennem dine samtaler med husejere sikrer god og korrekt information. Ultimativt vil din indsats sikre, at vi beholder deres forretning. Det er vigtigt, du har stærke kommunikationsevner, et beslutsomt sind og en ægte innovativ tilgang til problemløsning.

Nogle af dine samtaler vil være relativt simple, mens andre vil være mere komplekse. For eksempel rådgiver vi vores husejere til, hvordan de kan forbedre deres indtjening, så det er vigtigt, at du er i stand til at handle på en professionel måde. Du vil også være med til at onboarde nye husejere og give dem en god start hos NOVASOL samt forbedre husejernes indtjening og ultimativt sikre, at vi beholder deres forretning.

Vores husejere er utrolig vigtige for os, og du er en af de første kontakter, når de ønsker at starte deres rejse med NOVASOL, og du har betydning for, hvordan vi passer på og fastholder deres forretning. Kompetencer der vil gøre dig til en succes i denne rolle omfatter:

- Du taler og skriver fremragende dansk – norsk og svensk er en fordel men ikke et krav
- Du har gode kommunikationsevner og evner god kundeservice
- Du skaber gode relationer
- Du stiller dig aldrig tilfreds - du søger altid at forbedre dit udgangspunkt
- Du ser ikke problemer, men udfordringer, og trives med at finde innovative løsninger
- Du elsker at rejse, men du behøver ikke at have erfaring fra rejsebranchen

Lige så vigtigt som alle de tekniske "ting", leder vi efter en, der er sulten efter at lære uanset anciennitet. Vi tror ikke på at stå stille (vi arbejder jo med rejser) men synes i stedet, at alle burde lære hele tiden. Uanset om det er et nyt analytisk værktøj, en branchebegivenhed eller en mentormulighed, hjælper vi dig med at udvikle dine færdigheder.
