As the new Revenue Impact Manager, you will be part of our recently formed team, Revenue Operations, where numerous processes need to be constructed - that's the mindset we seek.
The role will entail close cooperation with the commercial sector of the company, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations - serving as a pivotal figure uniting the entire business towards attaining our Revenue objectives. You will be reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, Said Hussein Hussein.

Our parent company, Teradyne, is a publicly listed entity, therefore, each quarter is crucial.

Responsibilities

You will be immersed in a welcoming and informal environment, where each day is distinct.

Your duties will predominantly focus on enhancing the conversion rate and ensuring on-time delivery. This involves:

  • Track in quarters plus one quarter backlog
  • Track booking and production linearity to ensure 'revenue plan'
  • Construct a revenue plan for upcoming quarters based on input from sales and OPS
  • Coordinate daily and weekly backlog alterations with sales
  • Monitor requested date vs. confirmed date vs. shipment date
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling our commitments
  • Track sales & production linearity to ensure this quarter's revenue plan
  • Communicate with sales concerning inventory levels
  • Order prioritization
  • Follow up on booking, confirmation, and shipment discrepancies
  • Credit block risks

To excel in the role of Revenue Plan Manager at UR, we expect you to possess the following experiences:

  • Possess an engineering or commercial background
  • Proficient user of ERP system 'Microsoft AX' and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Big advantage if you are knowledgeable about Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBI – Data analytics
  • Bring a systematically structured thinking approach
  • Beneficial to have experience from a multicultural organization
  • Understanding of LEAN basic principles
  • How to collaborate with sales regions, finance, and Operation

You communicate effectively, exude a positive demeanor, and excel in collaborating with colleagues across various cultures, organizational hierarchies, and functions.
