Er du vores nye COO/Operations Manager

Udviklings- & driftsorienteret leder, der trives i feltet mellem strategiske og operationelle opgaver. Du vil også være sparringspartner for direktøren. Secher Security er på en vækstrejse, og søger til en nyoprettet stilling en COO, der skal være med til at forankre og videreudvikle organisationen.

Med reference til den administrerende direktør får du det overordnede ansvar for drift og udvikling af operations. Din hverdag vil variere med planlægnings- og eksekveringsopgaver til forandringsledelse, implementering af strategiske handleplaner samt projektoptimering. Du vil med andre ord have et bredt ansvar for den fremadrettede udvikling.

Din rolle og ansvarsområder

Med reference til den administrerende direktør får du det overordnede ansvar for drift, økonomi og udvikling af operations lige fra personaleledelse, budgetforecast, kontaktperson for eksternt marketingsbureau til at være den naturlige sparringspartner til CEO.

Din profil

  • Du arbejder formentlig som COO, Operations Manager i en IT-virksomhed. Du har en solid erfaring med personaleledelse, og erfaring i at arbejde strategisk og med at drive processer
  • Vi forestiller os, at du har viden og erfaring indenfor IT
  • Din arbejdsform er systematisk og vedholdende. Vi navigerer i en nichebranche, og derfor er det vigtigt for os at du er nysgerrig på at lære vores ydelser og processerne at kende
  • Du arbejder systematisk, disciplineret og selvstændigt
  • Du hviler godt i dig selv, evner at lytte og er dygtig til at lede forandringer. Det er naturligt for dig at sætte en retning og skabe engagement med din uformelle tilgang og imødekommenhed
  • Du er god til at danne nye relationer og trives i udveksling med forskellige personligheder
  • Du har en høj arbejdsmoral, er vedholdende i dit arbejde og har en "can do" attitude
  • Du mestrer dansk og engelsk flydende i skrift og tale, og du trives i et internationalt miljø
