The Position

As a Health and Safety Supporter, you will partner with colleagues to enhance health and safety practices and address any outstanding issues.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring compliance with national legislation and ISO standards for occupational health and safety management systems.
  • Conducting risk assessments of work environments and participating in Work Environment Risk Assessments and chemical management.
  • Guiding colleagues in health and safety matters, ensuring alignment with management objectives.
  • Driving continuous improvements in line with our health and safety strategy.

You will focus on upcoming projects and engage with a network of health and safety professionals across the organization.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a positive safety culture in the workplace and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Expect a mix of planned and unplanned tasks, requiring adaptability and a variety of skills.


Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Danish health and safety legislation and ISO standards.
  • Experience in health and safety practices within organizations with high standards.
  • A strong interest in promoting a safe work environment.
  • Experience in guiding and supporting team members in projects.
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Initiative and dedication in problem-solving and implementation.

About the Team:
  • You will join the QC, Training & Facility Management department in the Facility & EHS team.
  • The team oversees facility services, environmental enhancements, and health and safety initiatives.
  • We operate under Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing, managing the global supply chain for Novo Nordisk's pen needles.
  • The division consists of eight departments, dedicated to ensuring a seamless supply of pen needles.
  • We are committed to quality and collaboration in a dynamic work environment.
