København S, Denmark Nestlé Denmark AS Full time

Join Nestlé Nordics – We are looking for the Power of YOU

Are you ready to kick-start your career and gain hands-on experience in an international company? If you have a positive attitude, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills, then come join us as our new Student Worker in the Procurement team at Nestlé Nordics

Working at Nestlé Nordics
As the largest food and beverage company in the world, Nestlé offers a diverse range of products with a primary focus on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is not just a workplace; it's a community where your uniqueness matters. We celebrate diversity and value every aspect of you, creating a culture that encourages growth, celebrates differences, and offers endless opportunities. We believe that by embracing your uniqueness, you contribute to our collective success.

Your job
As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Procurement team, which is part of our Nordic Operations department. You will be working hands-on within Procurement, proactively supporting the team with different administrative tasks and potentially progress to supporting with tenders. You will become a trusted service partner who is there when needed, in order to allow our business to focus on their core tasks.

In this role, key responsibilities will include:

  • Data analysis and visualisation
  • Administrative tasks
  • Reporting tasks
  • Supporting with projects and tenders

This role is based at our brand-new Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report directly to Kenneth Jørgensen, Nordic Category Buyer. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink.

"We have a great dynamic and experienced team in Procurement. Everyone has a say, and we enjoy brainstorming and challenging each other to make qualified decisions. This is truly what makes our team great," says Head of Procurement, Ole Rahbek.

We are looking for the Power of YOU
At Nestlé Nordics, we recognize that true greatness comes from the courage to be yourself. We encourage you to embrace your authenticity and stay true to who you are, regardless of your background, appearance, or career choices. We firmly believe that when you bring your whole self to work, you unleash your full potential. You are the driving force behind our success, and we are committed to supporting your growth, both personally and professionally.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are seeking an individual with excellent collaboration skills and a keen eye for accuracy. In addition to this, you:

  • Have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics).
  • Are fluent in English and ideally also in one of the Nordic languages (but the latter is not a must)
  • Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Are detail-oriented, work in a structured and organized manner, and respect deadlines and processes.
  • Have a positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work.
  • Take initiative and reach out to relevant colleagues and other stakeholders as needed.

Previous experience with working in SAP will be seen as advantageous.
