The Opportunity

As a Digital Transformation Lead at ATLANT 3D, you will leverage your expertise in developing business architecture and processes, ensuring that these can be effectively translated into functional systems. We aim to streamline operations and set robust operational foundations to support our mission of enabling rapid innovation in integrated manufacturing and creating a global ecosystem with our partners - and you will play an important role in making it happen
Key Responsibilities

Business Process Automation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and digitalization of business processes to boost efficiency and scalability, with a particular focus on enhancing data management and strengthening security protocols.QMS Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive QMS tailored for the digital era using Microsoft technologies, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.Data Management & SharePoint Optimization: Streamline our data structure using SharePoint to boost collaboration, accessibility, and operational efficiency.Tool Mastery: Utilize your profound skills in project management and collaboration tools, including CRM and ERP systems, to drive optimization initiatives, embracing AI to enhance innovation. Champion the management of Microsoft MS365, streamline data architecture, and master platforms like for increased operational efficiency. Your familiarity with TOGAF methodology, BPMN, and a strong emphasis on achieving QMS/ISO certifications will be instrumental in leading our digital transformation journey.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Technical ProficiencyProven expertise in Business Process Mapping.
Demonstrated mastery in leveraging modern tools for project management and collaboration ), CRM, and ERP systems, with an innovative approach to utilizing AI for optimization.Adept in Microsoft MS365 management, proficient in organizing data structures, and implementing digital business processes, and OKR systems.Also, familiarity with TOGAF methodology, BPMN, and a focus on developing and maintaining QMS/ISO certifications are highly valued.Innovative Thinking: Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.

Nice to have:
