Din Rolle:

Som Executive Assistant for vores CEO vil du være afgørende i styringen af vores strategiske initiativer og forretningsudviklingsprojekter. Du vil:

Samarbejde tæt med vores CEO og ledelsesteamet for at forme og udføre vores strategiske og produktmæssige roadmap. Kommunikere og varetage relationer til vores vigtigste kunder. Assistere med salgsindsatser og tilbudsmateriale. Projektlede forskellige kundeprojekter, samt skabe bedre processer herfor. Projektlede forskellige produkt og udviklingsprojekter. Koordinere produkt feedback og optimeringer. Generelt overtage og eje opgaver som vores CEO varetager i dag, inden for forskellige discipliner.

Du skal passe ind i et ungt team som har et højt tempo, da vi er en startup i stor vækst. Vores CEO varetager stadig mange opgaver inden for forskellige discipliner, og derfor ser vi gerne at du er enormt fleksibel. Det er krav at du:

Er fremragende til at skabe gode relationer (til vores kunder og samarbejdspartnere i forskellige markeder - det vil ofte dreje sig som influencere, professionelle sportsfolk eller andre offentligt kendte mennesker) Er enormt lærenem, og er klar til at lære en række nye emner og discipliner, som du ikke været i berøring med tidligere. Er flydende i Dansk og Engelsk i både skrift og tale (Derudover vil Svensk, Tysk, Norsk eller andre sprog også også være relevant). Kan være på vores hovedkontor i Aarhus V til dagligt.

Derudover ser vi gerne have du kan sætte kryds ud for minimum et par af følgende discipliner med væsentlig hands-on erfaring:

Strategi- & forretningsudvikling Software udvikling Salg Brand & Marketing Account Management Grafisk UX/UI Design - digitalt produkt design. Projektledelse og processoptimering SaaS operations (drift af SaaS virksomheder generelt). Growth Hacking Data Analysis
