How to contribute to our vision

For our Industrial Cybersecurity department, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Cybersecurity Officer to ensure the cybersecurity resilience of the portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, and business managed IT in the Siemens Gamesa organization. As an Industrial Cybersecurity Officer you will be a part of the cybersecurity community in Siemens Gamesa guided by the Principal Cybersecurity Officer.

Develop and maintain industrial cybersecurity policies and standards. Establish and manage industrial cybersecurity processes, security awareness and training. Identify and evaluate external demands such as cybersecurity regulations or the need for cybersecurity certification. Manage, report, and monitor industrial cybersecurity risks. Monitor, report, and ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations. Measure and continuously improve the industrial cybersecurity maturity of Siemens Gamesa portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, and business managed IT Contribute to the development of a cybersecurity strategy for the Siemens Gamesa portfolio (products, solutions, services), manufacturing and production sites, and business managed IT, in alignment with the Siemens Energy cybersecurity strategy and governance. . Support the Principal Cybersecurity Officer in establishing and driving an industrial cybersecurity community/network across all business units. What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for... At least three years of experience in cybersecurity, product security or OT security. Academic degree, for example in Cybersecurity or Computer Science, or a comparable education. Knowledge of US and European cybersecurity legislation such as NIS2, NERC-CIP, Cyber Resilience Act and national cybersecurity laws. Experience with widely recognized OT cybersecurity standards, including ISO 27001 and ISA/IEC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and prioritize risks effectively. Fluency in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Good to have: Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, GSLC, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert. Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity operations, network security and secure development. Knowledge and experience with industrial automation, IIoT and Industrial Control Systems.
