We are currently looking for an Information Security & Data Protection Manager who would like to be part of our strategic priority to offer the highest level of business continuity and data trust in our services.

Your role will be to support our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in managing Scalepoint's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and bridge management of our security risks with data protection requirements. You will be a part of our Risk & Compliance team which consists of you and 7 other colleagues who are highly skilled in information and technical security, GDPR, legal, and risk management. Besides our skills the team is also well-known for being outgoing and for our appreciation of good food and wine.

What kind of talent are you?
Your educational background could be legal, but it is not essential, if you are well-versed in both information security and data protection/GDPR. Ideally, you have 3-6 years of professional experience working with data protection/GDPR, information security, ISOxxx frameworks, and risk management. It is key that you have a solid IT and technology foundation, and you will have plenty of opportunities to put your IT foundation to good use.

We also expect you to be curious and eager to learn. You may have taken relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 lead implementer, DPO training, CIPP/E/M/T or similar. If not, you will get support from Scalepoint to pursue such certifications.

We'll be looking forward to working with you if you are an open-minded and positive person, who likes to work in teams. As a person, you're structured and an experienced project lead. You also have strong communication skills and are commercially oriented. You will get a high degree of flexibility in how you want to organise your work.

What to dive into
Depending on your experience your key tasks could be leading or supporting:

  • Managing our ISO 27XXX control frameworks and contributing to maturing our information security practices.
  • Driving our annual 3402 and 3000 audit processes with external auditors.
  • Information security community building.
  • Data protection by design advisory on new products/services.
  • Data protection and security risk assessments of new suppliers.
  • Supporting our incident management team in timely handling of security incident reporting under the upcoming Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
  • Managing our third-party risk management framework.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Danish and English.

Handling ad hoc dialogues with customers on security and data protection topics.
