Welcome to QHSE
You'll be part of QHSE Support where you, together with your colleagues, will contribute to our communication work with digital content on our intranet as well as catchy publications and campaigns with texts and graphics which are right on the mark. In addition, we're open to letting you work with other tasks you find interesting so that you can put your skills into play and develop professionally. As a team, we aim to boost the QHSE ownership in the business. You'll be part of a diverse team with a variety of different professional backgrounds and caring profiles.

You'll play an important role in:

  • creating and optimising content on our intranet
  • creating written and graphic publications, incl. informative and educational videos and presentations made in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint
  • assisting with project management and scheduling internal QHSE campaigns
  • supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in a degree, preferably related to communication, and have at least two years left as a student
  • are familiar working in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • are a good communicator in Danish and English
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your tasks
  • are capable of doing multiple things at once and thrive in a changing environment.
