As an Agile Product Owner, you will play a key role in collaborating with our users to understand their needs, translating them into product requirements, and delivering innovative solutions that address sustainability possibilities.
Sustainability is a focal pillar of Arla's corporate strategy, and as an agile product owner / manager in the product organization, you will play a central role in our elevation of the commercial sustainability agenda.
About the job
You will be working closely with various stakeholders like our Agriculture, sustainability and communications teams as well as with IT and commercial teams. Moreover, your responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with users and business leads to understand their needs and translating them into clear and concise product requirements. Build and prioritizing backlog based on business value Manage the product backlog, continuously prioritizing and refining it based on changing requirements and company dynamics Develop user stories that effectively communicate product requirements and guide the development team throughout the project Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to sustainability objectives Liaise with the product team and end-users to gather feedback and deliver regular updates on product development. Ensuring adherence to agile principles Who are you?You have experience as an Agile Product Owner or experience in a similar role. You possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies and have experience working in an agile development environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. We expect you to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements and manage product backlogs is essential. Finally, fluency in English is essential.
